Brahms Piano Concertos Nos 1&2 (2CD) classical

Enlarge this picture! Endre Hegedûs is a well-known solo pianist of Hungarian concert scene. He finished his studies at Academy of Music Budapest in 1980 as a pianist and piano teacher. He won several prizes at international piano competitions; 1 prize at Monza (Rina Sala Gallo), Morcone (Rachmaninov International Piano Competition), 2. prize at Sydney and Milanóban (Scala Dino Ciani). He plays regularly as a soloist or as chamber-musician in Hungary in other countries, he performed several successful concerts in many European countries, in Australia, Japan, Russia, Canada and the United States. As an agnition for his performing activity he’s been adjudged awards like Cziffra György Award in 1997 (from Liszt Ferenc Foundationa), Steinway Artist Award in 1999 (from New York Stenway Centre), and Liszt Ferenc Award in 2000 (from Ministry of Hungarian Cultural Heritage).
